A beautiful roast chicken that you know is not full of chemicals, has not had any water added to it and that has been reared and produced on a local farm by people who care, and that actually tastes like chicken! At Tomlinson's our focus is on producing as natural a product as possible in the best possible conditions. This means that we produce chickens with the best possible taste and texture. What makes our chickens special? We do not pump our poultry full of chemicals, growth promoters, antibiotics or any other additives, at any stage of rearing or production. We are in a minority in that we still dry pluck. No water or fats are used at any stage of preparation. We are a small producer. This allows us to keep small numbers in more spacious conditions.
